Asaro Organic Farm is located in the heart of the Valle del Belice in Sicily.

In 2005, a fourth generation Asaro decided to convert his family farm with a mission to make it organic and sustainable. Tommaso Asaro took a 150 acres that had been in his family for nearly 100 years, and instituted methods and techniques that were modern and revolutionized Sicilian farming.

His belief is to treat the land with love and respect; his mission is to create the finest olive oils from the highest quality olives for all of the world to enjoy.

Minasso company is located in a small village of the ligurian hinterland, Caravonica, a few kilometers away from the town of Imperia.

This area is very renowned for the olive oil production and it is also known as the Taggiasca olive’s homeland.

Minasso take care of the raw materials since the very start of the production process, and time-honored recipes are respected in the making process to guarantee the highest quality and authenticity of the products.

Created in 1916 by Oleifici Asaro, our very first brand is named after the city of Partanna, Sicily.  Soon after in the 1920’s, the production of Partanna Extra Virgin Olive Oil began! This oil went on to become the very first Asaro family olive oil to be sold in the United States. Today, this namesake brand of Partanna is where you can continue to find our extra virgin olive oil as well as our region’s famous bright green and buttery Castelvetrano table olives.

Castelvetrano Olives are well known for their vibrant green color and their sweet, buttery flavors. Subtle, rich, and a classic part of any antipasti spread.
